As Senior Event Marketing Manager (Events-led with a broader marketing remit) at UP3, you’ll lead our events programme and use events to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. From ServiceNow events to UP3 led customer experiences, you’ll shape how we connect with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver our annual event calendar (60-70% of role)
- End-to-end planning, management and execution of in-person and virtual events.
- Deliver high-quality, on brand events that provide an exceptional attendee experience.
- Establish clear event objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure event objectives and KPIs are clearly defined and agreed internally upfront.
- Measure and report on event ROI.
- Sales alignment. Partner closely with sales to ensure events align with sales objectives and target accounts.
- Event content and storytelling. Work with internal teams to develop engaging agendas, messaging and narratives that resonate with event audiences.
- Own the creation of all event content including slides, event identity, on site branding and event comms.
- Broader marketing activities (30-40% of role). Take ownership of a variety of non-event marketing initiatives that drive business growth, such as content development, campaign execution, and the creation of sales enablement assets.
- Stakeholder management & relationship building. Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, ServiceNow and internal teams to successfully deliver against business and event objectives.
- Agency management. Manage external agencies from briefing through to delivery on event identity, creative, production, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all materials and content are aligned with UP3 messaging and meet brand guidelines.
- Budget management. Own the budget for all events, deliver events to budget.
Skills and experience:
- 10+ years experience managing a diverse range of events in the B2B technology / services space (essential).
- Experience delivering broader B2B marketing activities beyond events, including content development, campaign execution, and sales enablement (essential).
- Experience working within a partner ecosystem e.g ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce a strong advantage.
- Strong track record of managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering revenue-focused events aligned to sales.
