Up World in the UK seeks a Senior marketing leader to cover maternity leave for 12 months, hybrid from Richmond. You will own the UK marketing function, lead the team, and drive the 2027 plan while keeping campaigns, launches and activations on track.

You'll translate global strategy into local execution, partner with Sales and Commercial leadership, manage agencies and budgets, and ensure seamless continuity with real accountability from week one.
