About the role:
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will sit within the marketing team and play a crucial role in the next stage of the company\’s development. The role will support the B2B growth, working closely with the sales team to drive sales of the product to Bakeries, Restaurants, wholesalers, and finished products.
You will lead and execute on the annual plan to support our B2B growth plans across multiple marketing channels including in-store activations, social, events, email, and campaigns. You will be focused on supporting the sales team on new wins and conversions to sale.

- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans by sales area and marketing channels.
- Plan and submit budgets to support revenue growth.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams on a day-to-day basis executing against agreed plans across all B2B channels.
- Develop and grow marketing channels to support new wins including support on growth of CRM programme.
- Work with in-house and external creative teams to deliver engaging branded content and campaigns to support sales growth, retention, and advocacy in our B2B community.
- Develop community engagement strategy including events, meetings, promotions, and brand activations.
- Report weekly on marketing activity and impacts as part of the sales meeting.
- Develop and create POS for partners to use in-house.
- Develop and create training and engagement materials to support comprehension and advocacy for the brand and regenerative agriculture.
- Grow and monitor marketing channels to support growth in the B2B market including (but not limited to) social, email, website, paid spend, POS, merchandising, and events.
- Ensure strong cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management on all plans.
- Help manage Marketing team communications and be the main contact for all print and POS requests across the department and manage stock.
- Support cross-functional when and if needed across the marketing team including events, social, and digital activity.
You\’ll have…
- Proven experience working in F&B or similar FMCG in a B2B / Trade Marketing role.
- Good knowledge of Trade clients across independent bakeries, restaurants, and shops as well as high street chains, food services, and contract catering companies.
- Commercially focused with a good understanding of sales strategy and developing MQLs within a business and able to help others quickly understand the value of marketing activity and linking to commercial targets.
- Experience growing a brand\’s awareness and recognition within other businesses (i.e., bakeries, restaurants, pubs, high street chains).
- Energetic and resilient in finding ways to raise the profile and comprehension of a brand or product within third-party environments.
- A brand-first creative thinker who wants to find new and interesting ways to talk to a B2B2C audience.
- Passionate about sustainability and connecting how we grow our food to the food we eat.
- Experienced in managing a brand identity, visual assets, and guidelines.
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE
Open to negotiation for the perfect candidate.
Logistics: Tottenham Court Road office, Fridays WFH.
