The role

As Brand Creative Project Manager, you’ll be the engine behind their creative output – owning projects end‑to‑end and ensuring everything they produce is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to multiple workstreams while helping the brand scale without compromising on quality.

Key responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end project delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects from briefing to final production and rollout across channels.
  • Maintaining momentum: Keep multiple projects moving at pace, proactively managing timelines, priorities, and risks.
  • Creative quality control: Act as the bridge between brief and output, ensuring all work meets brand standards.
  • Ways of working: Continuously refine and improve processes to support rapid growth and elevate creative output.
  • Resource management: Coordinate internal creatives and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder management: Communicate clearly on progress, priorities, and timelines to build trust and confidence.

About you

You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment. You’re as comfortable managing stakeholders as you are keeping projects on track, and you take real ownership of delivery.

Essential experience

  • Proven experience in a creative project management role (agency or in‑house).
  • Experience managing multiple creative projects across digital, print, and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, production timelines, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work at speed, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high‑quality work under pressure.

Desirable

  • Experience in a fast‑paced D2C scale‑up environment.
