They have the mission and the products; now they need you to keep the conversation rolling. They\’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Manager to be the driving force behind the brand\’s social presence. You will transform innovative ideas into inspiring content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook groups. Your role will ensure the brand remains loud, clear, and on-brand in the social media space.
What you’ll do
- Manage their always-on organic content calendar from concept to execution.
- Translate insights and tips into engaging content tailored for each platform.
- Create eye-catching short-form videos, graphics, and reactive posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Produce fast-turnaround reactive content in response to cultural moments.
- Develop content around influencer collaborations, PR moments, and brand campaigns.
- Source and integrate creator content into all channels.
- Collaborate with the in-house studio and marketing team to align content with campaigns and launches.
- Stay engaged with Reddit, YouTube, and podcasts for inspiration and partnership opportunities.
- Analyse content performance to refine and improve future strategies.
Who you are
- You have experience in content creation or social media management for consumer brands, with a focus on wellness, lifestyle, or beauty.
- Genuine obsession with social media trends and platforms.
- Proficiency in short-form video skills, including filming, editing, and platform optimisation.
- Ability to capture and articulate a brand\’s voice into engaging content.
- Expertise in resonating with diverse audiences, including older demographics.
- Experience in planning and executing content strategies around influencers and partnerships.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple projects.
- A strong interest in health and wellness, with a commitment to making it accessible.
Salary & Logistics
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
Logistics: Clitheroe – Hybrid working (Northwest preferred for in-person sessions)
