  • Own the day-to-day content calendar and keep the brand showing up consistently.
  • React fast to trends and moments, turning them into on-brand content quickly.
  • Support paid social with performance-driven creative variations for testing.
  • Write captions, manage posting, and handle light community interaction in an authentic brand voice.
  • Review performance alongside the Social Media Strategist and feed learnings back into your content.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience creating social-first branded content, with a strong portfolio to show for it.
  • Hands-on filming and editing skills - comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or similar.
  • A genuine instinct for what performs on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Confidence on camera (or directing others), and a sharp eye for brand detail.

  • FMCG or consumer brand experience is a bonus - not a must.

Even if you don’t tick every box, we’d love to hear from you. Research shows great people talk themselves out of applying all the time - don’t be one of them.
