Midweight Designer at Up World
Our client is a small, purpose‑driven fashion brand that thrives on ideas, innovation, and impact. They recently achieved B-Corp status and are looking for a Senior Creative to bring a high level of craft, adaptability, and creative energy to everything from motion design to digital campaigns.
As the Midweight Designer, you'll drive brand implementation at the highest standards across print, digital, motion, and e-commerce. You'll play a vital role in keeping the brand visually distinctive and commercially successful in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver production‑ready assets for print, digital, motion, and e-commerce.
- Create engaging visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools like MidJourney.
- Produce motion graphics and short video content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Design and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring a visually engaging customer experience.
- Develop assets for press ads, POS, brochures, campaigns, emails, social media, and digital banners.
- Retouch and manipulate images to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the team to interpret briefs and create impactful design solutions.
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and meets high‑quality standards on tight deadlines.
Who you are:
- Previous experience as a Designer, Creative or Artworker.
- HND/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience with Figma and motion design skills.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools like MidJourney.
- Good knowledge of Shopify for design and content management.
