We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced Marketing Director to lead and transform the marketing strategy of a respected, family-run business with a proud heritage and a forward-looking vision. Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of the senior leadership team, you’ll drive growth and innovation across digital and offline channels. With full responsibility for our marketing strategy and execution, you’ll lead on brand development, customer acquisition, retention, and team management. This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice and visibility of a business undergoing strategic investment and evolution.
What you'll do...
- Lead the creation and delivery of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer growth and brand awareness.
- Champion our brand values and ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all communications.
- Develop and implement a content and social media strategy to engage communities and support recruitment.
- Oversee digital performance marketing (e.g., PPC, SEO, website optimisation) and explore new growth channels.
- Create and manage local and offline campaigns, including events, merchandise, and branch-level marketing.
- Use insights and data to inform decisions and track performance across key KPIs.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with colleagues on recruitment, pricing, product development, and ecommerce.
- Line manage a small team and build capability to deliver multi-channel campaigns and creative assets.
- Drive innovation in marketing operations through automation and emerging technologies.
