About Future London Academy
Future London Academy creates online and offline learning experiences for senior creatives in branding, UX, innovation, and design leadership. Their courses are led by practitioners - people actively working in the industry - who share real frameworks, insights, and approaches.
They’re looking for a hands‑on marketing generalist who has a true passion for marketing and results. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage a team or specialise in one channel. It’s for someone who enjoys figuring things out, writing, testing, and improving how things perform across the entire funnel.
About the role
You’ll work across multiple parts of marketing - from idea to execution to optimisation. One day you might be writing a landing page. The next, improving an email sequence. The next, coming up with a campaign idea and bringing it to life with our design and video team. You’ll have ownership, autonomy, and space to experiment - and you’ll see the direct impact of your work in real time!
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing and improving CRM automations and email sequences
- Creating content for newsletters and social media
- Developing and executing ideas to generate leads and drive sales
- Building and optimising landing pages that convert
- Collaborating with design and video on content (podcast, YouTube, social)
- Communicating with collaborators, press, and partners
- Proofreading and refining marketing campaigns and customer communications
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience of generalist marketing work (not necessarily in one industry)
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to write copy that is clear, structured, and purposeful
- Someone who can write engaging headlines without being vague or gimmicky
- Comfortable with tech and learning new tools
- Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment
- Enjoys being hands‑on across different areas of marketing
What we don’t care about:
- Degrees
- Specific industries you’ve worked in
- Specific tools you’ve used
- Team management experience
What you won’t be doing:
- Designing visuals (we have a design team)
- Building web pages from scratch
- Running paid ads (unless you want to grow into it!)
Why join Future London Academy:
- Work with a small, creative, high‑performing team
- Have real ownership and see the impact of your work
- Be part of a brand loved by a global creative community
- Access to our award‑winning courses and learning experiences
- Flexible working and a culture that values curiosity and growth
