Your job is to fix that.

The raw material is exceptional: characterful buildings, a genuinely distinctive brand, and a member community full of stories worth telling.

What's missing is someone to turn it into the top 1% of content that actually cuts through.

As the Senior Brand & Content Manager you'll own brand awareness and engagement across every public channel, social first, with content that drives equity, engagement and leads.

You'll have a budget, a pool of freelance designers, copywriters and content creators, and 1-2 junior contractors reporting to you.

This isn't a pure strategy seat.

You'll set the direction and get it made, by your freelancers, your reports, or yourself.

What you'll actually do Own the brand awareness and engagement strategy across all public channels, social media and email included Create and commission 'top 1%' social-first content that drives awareness, equity and leads Own sales enablement and product marketing: website photography, case studies, and post-tour pitch decks that close deals Run the CMS so every building has the right floorplans, photos and site-specific assets Manage 1-2 junior contractors plus a pool of freelance designers, copywriters and creators Prioritise and deliver ad-hoc content requests from the exec team Lead content for new site launches, on time and on brand across every digital and physical touchpoint Be keeper of the brand bible: own the guidelines and the systems that keep the brand consistent everywhere What we're looking for You've created exceptional content for B2B brands.
