The predicted salary is between 35000 - 35000 £ per year.

This is a hands-on support role sitting across digital marketing, CRM, delivery and customer experience. You'll support the execution of performance marketing and CRM activity, own the day-to-day management of delivery platforms, and be the first point of contact when customers need help. It’s a broad role where you'll get exposure across paid media, CRM, aggregator platforms and customer insight, reporting directly into the Head of Digital & Delivery Marketing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the setup, QA and optimisation of paid Google and Meta campaigns.
  • Keep website content, landing pages and customer journeys accurate and on brand.
  • Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns, automations and triggered communications.
  • Segment audiences and support targeting across acquisition and retention activity.
  • Day to day management of Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat - menus, offers, imagery and pricing.
  • Liaise with aggregator partners and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Respond to customer queries across delivery and digital channels. Log issues, refunds and resolutions - and spot patterns that feed back into marketing and operations.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting across digital, CRM, delivery and customer feedback.

Who you are:

  • Experience with Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat is essential.
  • Comfortable working across digital platforms, CRM tools and spreadsheets.
  • Strong written communicator (especially for customer responses and CRM comms).
  • Experience with Google, Meta or similar digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Acteol or similar.
  • Interested in marketing performance, customer behaviour and retention (and pizza!).

Salary: up to £35K, depending on experience.

Logistics: hybrid 3-4 days a week in London, 1-2 WFH.

The successful candidate will have the right to work in the UK.
