Our client is a well-established restaurant brand, looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join them. You'll be responsible for producing standout, social‐first content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond – getting stuck in at restaurants, capturing the food, the atmosphere and the people, and turning it into content that genuinely builds community and drives footfall. You'll sit at the intersection of creativity and performance, working closely with the wider marketing team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, shoot, edit and schedule content across restaurants – food, teams and atmosphere – that feels true to the brand and lands brilliantly on social.
  • Bring the marketing calendar to life with culturally relevant, platform‐native content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging channels.
  • Look after day‐to‐day community engagement – responding to comments and messages promptly and in a way that's unmistakably on‐brand.
  • Spot and build relationships with creators and influencers who genuinely get the brand; pull together collaborations that feel authentic and deliver real results.
  • Work alongside the marketing team and agencies to amplify content that's performing well through paid social.
  • Test new formats, keep an eye on trends and use performance data to keep improving.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years' experience in social media and content creation, ideally within hospitality, food or lifestyle.
  • A strong content creator with a clear creative eye and a genuine love of social media.
  • Social‐native – you know instinctively what works on each platform and why.
  • Confident getting content out of real, busy environments (restaurant experience a definite plus).
  • Organised and self‐sufficient, comfortable juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Solid photography and/or video skills – mobile‐first is absolutely fine.
  • Experienced with editing tools, scheduling platforms and social performance metrics.
  • Happy to travel across the UK regularly to restaurants to capture content.

Salary: £40-45K depending on experience
