Deeply are a fast-growing UK gut health brand on a mission to make daily gut health simple. They make functional daily gut health shots using 100% real food ingredients (think fibre + prebiotics), designed to support digestion, immunity and overall wellbeing. Right now, they’re a small (but mighty) team of under 10, stocked in places like Holland & Barrett and Whole Foods, and gearing up for a big next phase of growth.
Social is a huge opportunity for them, and that’s where you come in.
The RoleThey’re looking for someone to take their social from “we post a bit” to something people genuinely follow, engage with, and share. This isn’t just a scheduling role; they want a creator + thinker + community builder. You’ll own the organic social (mainly Instagram + TikTok), make content, grow the audience, and help turn Deeply into a go-to brand in gut health.
If you’re the kind of person who’s always saving posts, spotting trends, and thinking “we could do this better”, you’ll probably love this.
You’ll be…- Owning the day-to-day social channels (Instagram + TikTok)
- Creating content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories - the full mix)
- Turning the brand + product into engaging, shareable content
- Bringing Deeply's story to life (founder, lifestyle, education, daily habits)
- Keeping things active - posting ~4x per week + Stories
- Managing DMs, comments, and building real relationships with the community
- Working with creators and influencers (gifting, briefs, collaborations)
- Spotting trends and jumping on what’s relevant
- Tracking performance and figuring out what’s working (and doing more of it)
- Supporting campaigns and helping social drive traffic + conversion
- Proven experience in social, content or community roles
- Ideally experience in wellness, health, lifestyle or D2C brands
- You can actually make content (not just manage it)
- Confident using tools like CapCut, Edits, Canva, Adobe etc.
- You “get” Instagram and TikTok - what works and why
- Strong copy and storytelling instincts
- Organised, proactive, and good at juggling things
- Comfortable in a startup where things move quickly (and aren’t always perfect)
- You’ve built your own social presence or enjoy creating content personally
- You’ve worked with influencers or creators before
- Social feels alive, consistent and genuinely engaging
- Audience and engagement are growing
- You’re building a real community around gut health + daily habits
- You’re creating content people actually want to share
- Social starts contributing meaningfully to growth
- Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
- 1 day per week in our Central London office (Soho)
- ~£40k pro rata
- Likely to grow into a full-time role in the next 3–6 months
- You’ll have real ownership from day one (this isn’t a “post and report” role)
- You’ll help shape the voice and direction of a growing brand
- Small team = your ideas actually get used
- Big growth phase ahead (and you’ll be part of it)
