Double Dutch mixers are causing a stir in five-star hotels, restaurants and rooftops around the world. Poured where taste- and good vibes matter. Twin-founded and proudly independent, we were shaped by the hospitality industry – not built in the boardroom.
Crafted for those who take taste seriously but never themselves, our drinks bring bold flavour, vibrant personality, and a double dose of fun to every pour. Premium, but never predictable – we’re challenging what a mixer can be – one pour at a time.
The role:
From top-tier hospitality to culture-shaping events and bold collabs, Double Dutch shows up where great taste and good times collide. We\’re looking for a Junior Brand Activation Manager to help bring our bold personality to life in the real world across events, partnerships and activations. You’ll plan and deliver unforgettable experiences – from commercially savvy trade activations across hospitality to iconic consumer events that get people talking (and sipping).
What you’ll do:

Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to plan and deliver standout on-trade activations, trade shows, and industry events, building buzz and strengthening relationships with bars, pubs, restaurants, and hotels. - Event Management
Own the consumer events calendar, from strategy to flawless execution. Lead event planning with sharp project management, ensuring every moment is on-brand, on-budget, and impossible to forget. Confidently manage all stakeholders to ensure success. - Partnerships
Secure and manage high-impact brand partnerships that boost visibility, spark engagement, and align with our bold, vibrant world. - Sponsorships & Sampling
Source and manage sponsorship and sampling opportunities that put Double Dutch in the right hands and the right places. Always with maximum brand value and impact.
Who you are:
- A proactive problem-solver with strong project management skills.
- Passionate about people, developing long lasting relationships and creating memorable in-person experiences.
- Confident, creative, super organised, and excited to bring the Double Dutch brand to life.
- You will have availability to attend evening and weekends events occasionally – hours will be flexible accordingly.
- Experience in trade shows, events, and partnerships, with knowledge or passion for the UK on-trade/drinks industry.
What we offer:
- Salary of £35-45k DOE
- 25 Holiday days + Bank holidays
- Private Health Care
- Pension scheme
- Your birthday off
- Hybrid working
- Work Anniversary, celebration £££ for every year you are at Double Dutch
- Summer Fridays, one afternoon off per month in June, July and August
- Flexi working from anywhere, depending on your job and tender in the business
- Star of the month prizes
- And of course don’t forget unlimited free Double Dutch – cin, cin
