Overview

Our client is a science-driven, biohacking and wellness brand. They have a no-nonsense mission to help people feel and think their best. Their products do the heavy lifting, but it’s the knowledge and tools they share that put the power back in people’s hands, helping them take back control of their own well-being. The brand is growing fast, fuelled by a passionate community and stellar reviews. They’re looking for an E-Commerce Executive to help them keep pace.

What you’ll do

  • Product Listing Management: Own and manage updating and uploading of products, and keep merchandising fresh. Support setup of discounts, bundles, and campaigns across the site.
  • Marketplaces: Assist in the success of additional platforms by co-ordinating internal stakeholders and agency partners (TikTok Shop / TikTok Live and Amazon).
  • Strategic Performance & Insight: Analyse traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour data to drive performance-based decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Become a crucial thread between marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey from traffic to delivery and to ensure smooth launches, campaigns, and fulfilment.

Who you are

  • You have experience ine‑commerce, preferably within a DTC brand.
  • Experience with Shopify required, Amazon/TikTok marketplace experience a bonus.
  • Strong analytical skills; confident with Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organised, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
  • Performance-driven, strategic mindset; familiar with digital marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent communication, team-player mentality, and proactive problem-solving aptitude

Salary & Logistics

Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 DOE

Logistics: Clitheroe – 2/3 days a week in the office
