Your mission?
Make eye care impossible to ignore.
Deliver 1.5M+ impressions in 12 months across IG, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
What you\’ll do:
- Shoot, edit and launch scroll-stopping short-form video.
- Spot trends before they peak and jump on them fast.
- Bring our social strategy to life!
- Make LinkedIn fun (yes… it can be fun) for our B2B eye-screening brand.
- Spend the annual content budget however your creative brain desires.
- Gift unlimited products to influencers and creators – spread the glow-up.
Who you are:
- A creator who thrives on ownership.
- Fast, curious, scrappy – and always experimenting.
- Skilled behind the camera and confident in front of it.
- Obsessed with short-form storytelling.
- A wellness, lifestyle or performance geek (or at least willing to become one).
What success looks like:
- Month-on-month growth that compounds like crazy.

- A library of bangers we can use across organic and paid.
- LinkedIn posts that make B2B feel human, witty and actually readable.

Salary:
£40,000 – £45,000 DOE
Logistics:
Remote first, with regular London meet ups for content creation.
