This wealth of knowledge fuels our creativity and gives us the edge.
We’re 4 years old and have grown from just 2 of us to 20+ people with knock-out case studies we’re really proud of and a serious growing reputation (even if we say so ourselves). Beyond FMCG, we\\\’re building iconic challenger brands across Beauty, Luxury, Film, and more working with big challengers like Tony’s Chocolonely and emerging hot start-ups like Seep. From customer insights and brand strategy to campaign planning and comms strategy, our team tackles a wide range of briefs. To match our momentum, we\’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
This is a generalist marketing role, perfect for someone who loves balancing creative ideas with data and delivery. You’ll be hands-on in shaping and implementing brand strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and working closely with founders and in-house teams.

You will…

Lead the day-to-day delivery of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels, maintaining a strategic outline.
-
Take briefs from clients and turn them into channel-specific plans that deliver against growth goals.
-
Own and manage the marketing calendar and campaign workflow across multiple brands.
-
Write compelling copy for campaign assets including email, organic social, landing pages, and ads.
-
Collaborate with internal teams (Growth, Social & Content) and external partners to execute effectively.
-
Own reporting and insights for your brands; what’s working, what’s not, and what we’re doing next.
-
Build trusted relationships with founders and internal stakeholders, keeping them updated and excited about our work.
-
Deliver high-quality work efficiently under tight deadlines.
You’ll have…
-
3+ years experience in a B2C role, ideally with FMCG or DTC brands.
-
A proven ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
-
Experience working in start-up or fast-paced agency environments, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
-
Excellent client management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with ease.
-
A knack for interpreting data and transforming insights into actionable strategies.
-
A passion for storytelling and exceptional copywriting skills.
-
Outstanding project management skills and a calm approach under pressure.
