We help challenger brands fight smarter, think sharper, and win bigger. We build experienced, dynamic and fractional teams that fit in like puzzle pieces – providing just the right knowledge and energy at the right time. We’re not your typical agency or a one-man show; we’re a team of passionate professionals who eat, sleep, and breathe branding and marketing.

Our diverse team of experts covers all marketing mix elements, from brand strategy and social media to performance and web development and beyond. With over 100 brands under our belt, our Brand Hackers have a treasure trove of shared experiences. This wealth of knowledge fuels our creativity and gives us the edge.

We’re 4 years old and have grown from just 2 of us to 20+ people with knock-out case studies we’re really proud of and a serious growing reputation. Beyond FMCG, we're building iconic challenger brands across Beauty, Wellness, Luxury, Film, and more, working with big challengers like Tony’s Chocolonely and emerging hot startups like Seep.

From customer insights and brand strategy to campaign planning and comms strategy, our team tackles a wide range of briefs. To match our momentum, we're looking for a Brand Marketing Exec to join our growing team. This is a generalist marketing role, perfect for someone who loves balancing creative ideas with data and delivery. You'll be hands-on in supporting the execution of brand strategies, multi-channel campaigns and reporting for our exciting roster of brands, whilst getting the opportunity to work closely with in-house teams and brand partners.

You’ll support across multiple early-stage brands, helping them move from "scrappy but smart" to scalable, sustainable growth.

You will...

  • Support the delivery of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping bring strategic plans to life.
  • Work with Brand Managers to execute on client briefs turning them into clear, channel-specific actions.
  • Help manage marketing calendars and campaign workflows across multiple brands, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for campaign assets including email, organic social, landing pages and ads.
  • Conduct desk research and support with customer interviews to identify audience/cultural/competitor insights to inform impactful brand development.
  • Assist with reporting and insights for your brands, helping track what’s working, what’s not, and opportunities to improve.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Deliver high-quality work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.

You’ll have...

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a B2C marketing role, ideally within FMCG, DTC, startup or agency environments.
  • A strong interest in brand marketing and how campaigns perform across different channels.
  • Experience supporting campaign execution from briefing through to delivery.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to client conversations.
  • A data-curious mindset, with the ability to pull out simple insights from performance metrics.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Exposure to trade marketing, customer insights or brand strategy is a bonus, but not essential.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to work with some of the coolest challenger brands in the market, and help shape one of the fastest-growing agencies.
  • Roaming based role with flexibility to access shared working spaces in London and Manchester.
  • Competitive salary package, with holiday and benefits that include a working-from-home allowance, personal development support, enhanced parental leave, and unlimited coaching sessions.
  • An opportunity to grow your expertise working with some of the brightest talent in the brand growth and marketing space and driven by shared purpose and success.

Working rights in the UK are required.

What we can give in return

  • This is a full-time, roaming based role that will require you to be within easy access of London. There is an expectation that you will be available for client or internal in-person meetings a minimum of twice a month.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Monthly working-from-home allowance to be spent on coffee or co-working.
  • Birthday off.
  • Enhanced paternity/maternity leave & pay.
  • Unlimited coaching with MoreHappi.
