Our client is a London-born food business specialising in Greek and Mediterranean products, with roots dating back to a market stall in the early 1990s. Over the years, they have grown into a trusted name across a wide range of categories including premium olives and olive oils, meze, speciality ingredients, and dairy products. They pride themselves on building long-term, sustainable relationships with their producers - many of whom they have partnered with since the beginning. This allows them to deliver quality and authenticity that mass production methods often cannot match.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Brand Marketing Executive to help drive the growth of their portfolio of Mediterranean food brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a 360° FMCG marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You will partner closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams across the business to develop impactful campaigns, bring new products to market, and ensure our brands continue to stand out in a competitive food landscape. This role would suit someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG or food marketing who brings ideas, commercial awareness, and a passion for food.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute ideas and insights that shape how our brands show up across retail, digital, and consumer touchpoints.
- Campaigns & Digital Marketing: Help drive brand visibility through digital campaigns, social media content, and influencer collaborations. Own the execution of social media activity and support the development of engaging brand‑led content.
- Product Launches & Innovation: Play a key role in bringing new products to market. Support packaging development, product storytelling, and launch plans to ensure strong impact across retail and marketing channels.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity, and category developments within the FMCG and Mediterranean food sectors. Translate insights into actionable marketing ideas that support brand growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, product development (NPD), and external creative partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently across all channels.
- Promotions & Events: Plan and coordinate promotional activity, brand activations, trade events, and partnerships that build awareness and drive trials both online and offline.
- Performance & Reporting: Track marketing performance across campaigns and initiatives, analyzing results and sharing insights that help improve future marketing activity.

- Experience supporting or delivering product launches.
- Commercially aware with the ability to translate insights into marketing ideas.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
