UP β The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement is launching a UK transition pilot and seeks a Co-Facilitator to help shape it.
This part-time role involves supporting weekly online sessions (5-7pm), with training and supervision provided, and opportunities to contribute to planning, reflection and evaluation.
You'll work alongside a Clinical Psychologist, CEO and Lead Facilitator. Lived experience with cerebral palsy is welcome. Remote, flexible hours in a national charity context.
