We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our small team in our Head Office and help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a structured yet friendly environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Use of our EPOS system for general stock management
- Communicating with stores and suppliers daily
- Review weekly and daily cashing up from stores and investigate any discrepancies
- Any additional tasks as requested
Requirements
- Experience in working in a busy office and strong interpersonal abilities
- Efficiency, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- A strong analytical ability with experience in cash handling or till reconciliation preferred
- Strong IT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with EPOS systems or product databases preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to respond to queries efficiently
- Previous office experience essential
