We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our small team in our Head Office and help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a structured yet friendly environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Use of our EPOS system for general stock management
- Inputting of purchase invoices into Sage
- Communicating with stores and suppliers daily
- Monitor and manage compliance systems to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Any additional tasks as requested
Requirements
- You should have experience in working in a busy office and have strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong IT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with EPOS systems or Sage preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to respond to queries efficiently
- Previous office experience essential
