The successfulcandidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven trackrecord of delivering high-quality teaching and strong student outcomes. Youwill bring leadership experience, either within the English department or morewidely across the school, and have the vision and determination to furtherdevelop an ambitious and successful team.
You willpossess excellent communication and organisational skills, be highly motivatedand collaborative, and demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring everystudent achieves their full potential in English.
