About the Role
As Electrical Estimator, you will prepare accurate, competitive and compliant tenders for electrical projects up to £4 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse tender documentation and specifications
- Prepare detailed take-offs, cost plans and bills of quantities
- Produce comprehensive estimates within agreed deadlines
- Collaborate with project teams to clarify technical requirements
- Input and manage data within company estimating software
- Attend internal and external meetings to support tender submissions
- Work closely with the Director to develop estimating strategies
- Contribute to bid / no-bid decisions, assessing risk and opportunity
- Monitor tenders from submission through to contract award
