About the Role

As Electrical Estimator, you will prepare accurate, competitive and compliant tenders for electrical projects up to £4 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse tender documentation and specifications
  • Prepare detailed take-offs, cost plans and bills of quantities
  • Produce comprehensive estimates within agreed deadlines
  • Collaborate with project teams to clarify technical requirements
  • Input and manage data within company estimating software
  • Attend internal and external meetings to support tender submissions
  • Work closely with the Director to develop estimating strategies
  • Contribute to bid / no-bid decisions, assessing risk and opportunity
  • Monitor tenders from submission through to contract award
