The Role
Working with the Founder Director to lead and support on the overarching creator marketing strategy for clients, positioning creator partnerships as a core driver of brand growth, cultural relevance, and commercial performance.
The ideal candidate has strong client and employee management skills, is highly organised, well versed in handling end to end creator campaigns for brands and is immersed in digital culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Define long-term vision and roadmap for influencer and creator marketing with
- clients, aligning with wider digital, brand, and business objectives
- Lead the planning and delivery of high-impact, UK and multi-market (where
- relevant) influencer campaigns
- Oversee budgets, optimising investment to deliver against outlined client
- business objectives
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging platforms, formats, and partnership
- models within the creator economy
- Build and maintain senior relationships with top-tier creators, talent agencies,
- and strategic partners, negotiating complex, high-value agreements and long-
- term collaborations
- Champion a “creator-first” approach, embedding authenticity and cultural
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, helping founding director manage
- client relationships
- Support and lead across experiential activations for clients, with a primary
- Own governance and risk management for influencer activity, ensuring full
- compliance with regulatory requirements (ASA/CAP) and safeguarding brand
- Support on developing a high-performing digital and influencer marketing
- team, setting standards for excellence and driving capability growth across
- the organisation
- Supporting and managing with team on the end-to-end campaign processes,
- assisting to ensure clients campaigns are delivered to high standards, to brief
- and hit timelines outlined.
- Managing the team on creating post campaign reports, linking influencer
- activity to brand metrics, customer engagement, and commercial performance
- Managing team to ensure internal processes are adhered to, including social
- media posts, maintaining case studies for the website etc.
- Mentoring Junior members of the team as part of their development within
- the company
- Translate data and insights into strategic recommendations, continuously
- refining approach to maximise effectiveness
- Working with the team to create UOR as an industry leader
Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing
Thorough understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Snap etc.) and social trends
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e. g., Creator IQ, Traackr, Sprout Social)
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
