This role involves collaborating with influencers, managing campaigns, monitoring performance, and helping to grow our company presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, passionate about digital culture and content creation, and is immersed in knowing the latest social trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
    • Identify and research emerging influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals
    • Assist in outreach, briefing, and coordination with influencers
    • Maintain an up-to-date influencer database and track communication history
  • Campaign Coordination
    • Support end-to-end influencer campaign management
    • Support on briefing, content plans and deliverable tracking
    • Support on coordinating campaign logistics
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor live campaign performance
    • Compile reports with performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, sentiment, etc.)
    • Provide insights to support optimisation of future campaigns
  • Social & Content Support
    • Run the UOR Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn pages with updated campaigns
    • Support on maintaining the UOR website
Skills & Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field (internships accepted)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and social trends
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Sprout Social) is a plus
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Working Day

We offer a fully remote role, based in the UK. Working hours are 9-6pm daily.
