Event Programme Manager(Hybrid working)

We are recruiting an Events Programme Manager to work in the External Relations Department to deliver creative, company branding and programme-led events. The Events Programme Manager will have sole responsibility for developing, leading and implementing a strategic programme of events.

Job descriptions:

1.Working closely with the External Relations Department to manage and execute regional events in alignment with company strategic priorities. Plans, manages and executes all aspects associated with face-to-face and virtual events, during and post event digital activities such as guest speaker invitation, registration websites, and interactive digital content;

2.Working alongside and managing a small operational team in a very busy environment, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

3.Using analytical and budgeting skills, and event management software tools to proficiently coordinate the events strategy and report on key performance metrics;

4.Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) on social media;

5.Stay ahead of competitors in the market and analyse market trends;

6.Stay abreast of industry trends to improve and enhance campaigns;

7.Establishing and upholding standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency.

1.Educated to Degree level (preferable in marketing, event management or media).

2.At least 2-years experience of end-to-end physical and online event management, highly desired in UK Higher Education, Committee;

3.Must have corporate event planning experience including managing budget, venue sourcing, contracting, registration, housing, ground transportation, audio/visual, reporting, management/assessment of virtual event platforms

4.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to develop effective relationships with key providers

5.Excellent administrative and organisation skills and great attention to detail, Bachelor’s (preferred), Marketing: 1 year (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
