Job Description
- Handle general inquiries, provide travel-related assistance, and offer personalized service to walk-in clients and callers.
- Respond to email inquiries regarding hotel pricing and availability. Introduce and explain luxury travel programs, highlighting benefits and exclusive offerings to premium clients.
- Manage the fast-track upgrade process for Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) Discovery members.
- Update client details in Excel tracking sheets and send personalized sign-up templates via email to facilitate membership upgrades.
- Support group travel logistics by preparing proposals, verifying and organizing name lists, and coordinating with suppliers or internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Create detailed and professional travel itineraries tailored to high-value clients.
- Coordinate shopping experiences at luxury retail destinations such as Printemps (France) and Bicester Village (UK).
- Assist in preparing flight quotations using New Distribution Capability (NDC) platforms.
- Represent the organization at travel fairs and promotional events such as NATAS, Singapore Airlines Travel Fair (SQ TTF), and Travel Talk.
- Guide clients through visa application processes by providing necessary documentation, liaising with embassies or visa centers, and tracking application statuses.
- Others - ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Current students in Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism.
- Good communication skills.
- Have basic Excel / PowerPoint skills.
