This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused marketer with experience operating within a technical or specification-led environment, particularly targeting architects and contractors.
The Role
- Lead and deliver the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
- Manage integrated campaigns across digital, email, social and traditional marketing channels
- Support the Business Development team with marketing activity, bids and pre-construction initiatives
- Build relationships with architects, specifiers and contractors across the market
- Coordinate events, product launches, case studies and brand campaigns
- Oversee website performance, SEO, analytics and lead generation activity
- Manage marketing budgets, reporting and campaign performance
- Develop and maintain technical marketing collateral, specifications and supporting materials
- Lead and develop the wider marketing function/team
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience within a B2B Marketing Manager role
- Previous experience within construction, manufacturing, building products or another specification-led industry
- Strong understanding of the architect/specifier market
- Ability to understand technical documentation, engineering terminology and data sheets
- Experience supporting commercial and business development teams
- Strong digital marketing, SEO and website management experience
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering events and integrated marketing campaigns
