The opportunity:
This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving membership growth, corporate partnerships and wider commercial revenue streams. You will play a key role in shaping how value is created, positioned and delivered across membership, partnerships, events and related services, while building scalable and sustainable income models. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring someone comfortable operating at senior level while still being close to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the growth of membership acquisition across the UK, developing and executing a clear commercial growth strategy
- Own and develop corporate partnerships and sponsorship revenue streams, including proposition design, pricing and ROI
- Improve membership retention, engagement and lifecycle experience through structured and data-led approaches
- Develop and optimise commercial propositions across membership, events and partner networks
- Deliver campaign-led acquisition strategies across digital, events and direct engagement channels
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships with members, partners and external organisations
- Drive the use of CRM and data insight to improve acquisition, engagement and retention performance
- Contribute to the development of events and programmes that support engagement and commercial growth
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across partnerships, networks and commercial services
About you:
We are looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial leader with experience in membership, partnerships or subscription-based revenue environments. You will bring:
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth through membership, partnerships or B2B commercial models
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on level within a growing organisation
- Experience using CRM systems and data to inform commercial decision-making
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sustainable revenue growth
