This is a great opportunity for somebody with claims or insurance administration experience looking to join a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, supporting the handling of high-value domestic and commercial insurance claims.
The Role
Working closely with experienced Loss Assessors, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end claims process, ensuring claims are managed efficiently, accurately and with a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the FNOL (First Notification of Loss) process
- Setting up and processing new claims
- Coordinating diaries and schedules for the wider team
- Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and policyholders
- Providing customers with updates and reassurance throughout the claims process
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Reviewing and validating claims information
- Supporting the resolution of claim-related queries and issues
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with compliance and regulatory standards
About You
- Previous experience within insurance, claims handling or a similar administrative environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Good IT skills including Excel and Word
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Experience within claims processing or insurance environments would be advantageous
