I’m working exclusively with a growing logistics business that’s looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the UK. This is a proper new business role for someone who knows the freight / logistics market, is comfortable opening doors, and enjoys building long‑term commercial relationships. The business has a strong reputation in its sector and is continuing to grow, so they’re looking for someone who can come in, win business, and play a key role in the next phase of expansion.

The role:

  • Attending client meetings (virtual and in person where needed)
  • Using LinkedIn and other channels to raise visibility and generate conversations
  • Keeping the CRM updated and reporting on pipeline and activity

What they’re looking for:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within logistics, freight or supply chain services

  • Full UK driving licence

What’s on offer:

  • Up to £50,000 basic salary
