Unybrands is seeking a Corporate Counsel (M&A) to oversee legal workstreams in our acquisition process and handle in-house matters across commercial, employment, IP and data privacy areas. The role supports the General Counsel on equity and debt financing rounds and works cross-functionally across the company.
You will negotiate and draft a wide range of agreements, enhance policies, and manage relationships with outside counsel to enable rapid growth of our ecommerce brand acquisitions.
