The Logistics Co Ordinator is responsible for managing and optimising end-to-end warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring efficient, scalable, and reliable logistics processes across inbound, storage, and outbound flows. This role focuses on building structured processes, improving data visibility, and enabling internal teams to operate effectively. You will act as the key link between internal stakeholders and external partners, driving alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across all logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations across 3PL providers, shipping agents, and courier partners.
- Develop and maintain standardised processes for inbound, warehousing, fulfilment (B2B/B2C), and returns.
- Define, track, and improve KPIs including order accuracy, dispatch performance, inventory accuracy, and inbound timelines.
- Monitor stock movements and order execution, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Lead escalation and resolution of operational issues, driving accountability with partners.
- Ensure accurate stock management across all systems and warehouse locations, including reconciliation between ERP and 3PL systems.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, implementing preventative measures.
- Own and deliver key reporting (availability, dispatch performance, Amazon KPIs), providing actionable insights.
- Analyse data trends to identify risks, improve performance, and support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate data sharing with suppliers and partners (forecasts, shipping schedules, stock updates).
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the central point of contact for logistics across Purchasing, Marketplace, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and key developments to stakeholders.
- Collaborate on forecasting, inbound planning, and stock lifecycle management (product transitions, run-down strategies).
- Support marketplace operations, including Amazon removals, queries, and performance actions.
- Attend weekly planning and availability meetings, ensuring alignment across teams.
Systems, Process Improvement & Administration
- Monitor system performance and resolve integration or data issues with IT teams and 3PL partners.
- Review and resolve API errors and operational exceptions to ensure smooth data flow.
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Manage operational administration, including Dispatch performance reporting and escalation, Amazon POA responses and query management, commercial invoicing for B2B shipments, and end-to-end order tracking and documentation accuracy.
