We partner with global organisations to reimagine the employee experience, optimise digital ecosystems and shape technology strategies that support high‑performing, people‑centred workplaces.
We are looking for a Technology Strategist to help our clients understand and predict the impact of emerging technology. You will be passionate and literate about a range of technologies, including smart buildings, sensors and workplace apps, networking technologies and end‑user devices, data analytics, user experience and collaboration enablers as well as emerging fields from AI and knowledge graph to data lakes and automation. As well as advisory work, you will be responsible for project direction, developing innovative solutions and concise, incisive deliverables. You will also play a key role in business development, contributing to thought leadership and representing the firm at industry events, panels and conferences.
Location: This role is available in London, UK and New York, US. For the UK position, you will primarily be located at our Southwark office with some remote working.
Salary Package: OTE £50K+ including bonus and benefits.
Contract: Full time contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements across digital experience strategy, workplace technology strategy, and workplace apps advisory.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements; oversee the work of the wider consulting team members.
- Develop proposals, fee estimates, bid responses and client pitches to support new business growth.
- Facilitate workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyse client needs and emerging workplace trends to shape strategic recommendations and technology roadmaps.
- Stay current with digital workplace platforms, tools and apps (e.g., workplace experience apps, smart building tech, collaboration platforms, AI tools, occupancy analytics).
- Represent the firm at industry events, webinars and speaking engagements to drive profile and brand awareness.
- Contribute to internal IP development, frameworks and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in workplace strategy, digital workplace consulting, employee experience, workplace technology, or a related advisory role.
- Demonstrable experience leading technology or digital workplace strategy projects.
- Proven track record of developing client proposals, building commercial offerings, and winning work.
- Prior experience within the workplace, design, or built‑environment industry.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Technology, Workplace Strategy, Design, Architecture, Organisational Psychology, or similar).
Skills and Characteristics:
- Strong understanding of modern workplace technology ecosystems, including workplace experience apps, smart building/IoT solutions, collaboration platforms, digital signage, room and desk booking systems, AI productivity tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to clients or at industry events.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate insight into clear, actionable strategy.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced consulting environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.
