We are looking for an analytical and critical thinker with a minimum of four years’ experience in Research and Data Analytics, ideally in the workplace or real estate industry, to join our team. In this role you will be taking an active role in leading projects and working closely with clients and stakeholders at all levels, generating insights into client data which will be used to make strategic business decisions.
Location
This role is available in London, UK and New York, US. For the UK position, you will primarily be located at our Southwark office, with some remote working.
Salary Package: OTE £50K+ including bonus and benefits.
Contract: Full time contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct data and trend analysis and the UnWork research function to drive the development of our knowledge resources
- Create presentations, interim and final delivery packs for clients, involving copy writing, content creation, image selection and layout design
- Lead the data collection process
- Develop client relationships and oversee project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
- Lead workshops and client meetings as required
- Raise the profile of UnWork by regularly attending conferences and networking events to establish relationships, identify partners and future customers
Requirements
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a numerate/scientific discipline
- Strong ability in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Python, R and/or another data‑oriented programming language
- Experience in Tableau or similar (e.g. PowerBI or Spotfire)
- Previous experience in a business research or analyst position
- Intermediate ability/experience of MS Access (desirable)
