The role
What will you be doing? Unum UK is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join our Strategic Accounts team. Your role will involve managing a junior team of Account Executives through coaching and development. You will also collaborate with Account Managers to build relationships and support intermediaries proactively. The main focus is on delivering exceptional broker interaction, leading to new business generation, block growth, and retention of existing business. This will be achieved by promoting our unique propositions and value within the broker community.
