Unum UK is seeking a Head of Proposition Development to shape and deliver compelling customer and intermediary propositions that drive growth. This hybrid role sits across Dorking and Basingstoke, with two days remote and three days in the office, attending the Dorking office once a week from Basingstoke.
You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and lead a small, high-performing team to translate strategy into delivery plans.
