Registering new claims accurately and efficiently Managing customer and broker enquiries via email and telephone, so confidence in speaking to people is key Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers informed throughout the process Processing claims related administration and correspondence Supporting the management of long-term claims by reviewing ongoing cases Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems Managing shared mailboxes and workflow queues to ensure service levels are met Supporting colleagues across the wider Claims team with a variety of administrative tasks Looking for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience We're more interested in your potential than your previous industry experience.
