The role
12 UX Design Consultant Hybrid â 3 days a week in Dorking office
Weâre looking for a UX Designer to spearhead the development of outstanding user experiences. This is a handsâon role focused on practical delivery, requiring strong UX expertise, analytical ability, and a userâcentred approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endâtoâend UX design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs and convert them into actionable design solutions.
- Conduct user research, develop personas and map user journeys.
- Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
- Plan and oversee usability testing sessions.
- Champion accessibility and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Optimise user journeys by analysing behaviour patterns and conversion paths.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content and design.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Strong research capability.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into UX enhancements.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG AA).
- Strong communication skills.
