Responsibilities
  • Assessing Claims: Learn to manage and assess claims using medical and policy knowledge.
  • Customer Communication: Deliver clear, empathetic updates to customers throughout the claims process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the Claims department while also managing your own caseload.
  • Service Excellence: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, always putting the customer first.
  • Curious and Analytical: Able to investigate, spot patterns, and think critically.
  • Strong Communicators: Confident in both written and verbal communication, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Organised and Resilient: Comfortable managing varied workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in areas such as customer service, case work or financial services may be helpful. Similar qualifications or experience in law, psychology, nursing or a related field have proved successful. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a natural ability to solve problems and learn new information.
