The role
Unum is a leading provider of employee benefits, and we’re growing fast. To support that growth, we’re expanding our marketing capabilities and sharpening our focus on segmentation, personalisation, and customer experience. We are looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to lead digital performance analysis and reporting across all platforms and customer touchpoints, using digital analytics and CRM data to deliver insights, identify opportunities, and drive data-led decisions that optimise experiences and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse performance across all digital platforms (web, email, app, etc.) using tools such as GA4, FullStory, Walnut, Qualtrics, and Power BI.
- Integrate and interpret data from Salesforce CRM to deliver a complete view of customer journeys and digital engagement.
- Develop dashboards and regular performance reports aligned with Marketing Scorecard KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of analytics tools, managing their maintenance and implementation (using Google Tag Manager) within digital platforms to ensure journeys are being tracked correctly.
- Champion a data-driven culture within the marketing team and across the wider business.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven ability to educate and upskill stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding of digital performance metrics.
- Demonstrable experience in digital analytics or performance analysis.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, FullStory, Walnut, Qualtrics, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM.
