Responsibilities
- Assessing claims using medical and policy knowledge.
- Deliver clear, empathetic updates to customers throughout the claims process.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Claims department while managing your own caseload.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, always putting the customer first.
- Investigate, spot patterns and think critically.
- Communicate confidently in writing and verbally, maintaining a customer‑focused mindset.
- Organize workloads in a fast‑paced environment.
- Handle sensitive situations with care and discretion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in customer service, case work or financial services is helpful.
- Related qualifications or experience in law, psychology, nursing or a related field have proved successful.
- Looking for individuals with strong communication skills, keen eye for detail, and natural problem‑solving ability.
