The Role
Senior Operational Readiness Manager to deliver strategic leadership in the design and execution of operational readiness strategies, building and embedding a scalable model so Group Policy Servicing operations and delivery teams are equipped for future-focused operational changes.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with the business strategy and future growth.
- Lead and manage high-performing teams, ensuring capability and competence across all roles.
- Lead change management efforts, enabling successful adoption.
- Assess critical operational areas, ensure testing coverage and effective risk mitigation.
- Monitor and report metrics post-implementation, measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
