Who are we? We’re a specialist employee benefits provider, striving to create healthy, happy workplaces. As part of the international Unum Group, we’re on a collective mission to help the working world thrive.

The role:

  • Digital Marketing Performance Analyst
  • Hybrid – 3 days a week in Dorking office

Unum is a leading provider of employee benefits, and we’re growing fast. To support that growth, we’re expanding our marketing capabilities and sharpening our focus on segmentation, personalisation, and customer experience. If you’re passionate about using insight to develop and deliver highly targeted, personalised marketing activity that achieves real results, you’ll thrive in our fast moving, performance‑led environment. We’re looking for people who are curious, adaptable and bring positive energy to their work. If you’re excited by ambitious goals, open to learning quickly and enjoy collaborating with a team that moves at pace, you’ll fit right in.

What you will bring:

We are looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to lead digital performance insight across all platforms and customer touchpoints. The role is focused on using digital analytics and CRM data to shape decisions, prioritisation and investment, turning performance data into clear insight that improves customer experience and business outcomes, rather than simply reporting on activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively interpret performance across all digital platforms (web, email, app, etc.), using tools such as GA4, FullStory, Walnut, Qualtrics, and Power BI to identify insight, patterns and opportunities, not just trends.
  • Integrate and interpret data from Salesforce CRM to build a joined up view of customer journeys and digital engagement, identifying where experience and outcomes can be improved.
  • Develop dashboards and performance narratives aligned to Marketing Scorecard KPIs, clearly articulating what the data means, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.
  • Take ownership of analytics tools and tracking capability, ensuring tagging and measurement are fit for purpose and support meaningful, decision‑ready insight rather than exhaustive data collection.
  • Champion a data‑driven culture by challenging assumptions, improving data literacy, and helping teams use insight confidently when making decisions.
