As a Claims Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping customers access the support they need, delivering excellent service with empathy, accuracy and professionalism. What You'll Be Doing
- You'll be part of a supportive Claims team responsible for helping customers throughout their claims journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Registering new claims accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer and broker enquiries via email and telephone, so confidence in speaking to people is key
- Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Processing claims related administration and correspondence
- Supporting the management of long-term claims by reviewing ongoing cases
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems
- Managing shared mailboxes and workflow queues to ensure service levels are met
- Supporting colleagues across the wider Claims team with a variety of administrative tasks
- Looking for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
