The role is for a UX Designer to spearhead the development of outstanding user experiences. This is a hands‑on role focused on practical delivery, requiring strong UX expertise, analytical ability, and a user‑centred approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end UX design process, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to define user needs and convert them into actionable design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, develop personas and map user journeys.
  • Design and prototype high‑fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
  • Plan and oversee usability testing sessions.
  • Champion accessibility and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Optimise user journeys by analysing behaviour patterns and conversion paths.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align content and design.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong research capability.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into UX enhancements.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG AA).
  • Strong communication skills.
