Position: Service Delivery Manager
Hybrid – Basingstoke or Dorking, 3 days a week minimum
12‑month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional service support across internal IT teams and external third‑party suppliers.
  • Ensure all service partners meet business needs and operate in line with published service expectations.
  • Oversee service support and delivery processes to enable a seamless customer experience.
  • Thrive in problem‑solving and demonstrate confidence working with ambiguity.
  • Drive improvements through to full resolution with persistence and ownership.
  • Manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor and manage service levels and supplier performance.
  • Apply strong service reporting disciplines, including service management reporting and post‑incident reviews.
  • Champion continuous improvement across all service support and delivery areas.

Please note internally this role is titled Senior IT Service Manager.
