Position: Digital Product Owner
Location: Basingstoke or Dorking with hybrid working
What will you bring
We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to take ownership of one of our key digital platforms – UnumSync, UnumOnline or similar. You’ll lead the product backlog, drive delivery through Agile teams and shape the future of our digital customer experience. This role will focus on our customer facing digital asset, so experience as a Product Owner for applications within a consumer-focused environment would be a strong advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Own and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap
- Act as the key decision maker for your product
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Proposition, Marketing and Operations
- Utilise data to translate customer needs into features and enhancements
- Lead Agile delivery, ensuring focus on value and customer outcomes
- Track KPIs and continuously improve performance
About You
- Experience delivering digital products in an Agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable driving change
- Product Owner certification (PSPO/CSPO) desirable
