What You'll Be Doing

  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience.
  • You'll speak with customers every day, helping them understand their cover, answering questions, and processing claims accurately and efficiently.
  • You’ll be trusted to solve problems and deliver excellent service, all while building confidence and trust with our customers.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Handling inbound customer phone calls enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Explaining policy cover and claim decisions clearly and confidently.
  • Processing claims accurately in line with policy terms and company guidelines.
  • Supporting customers to make informed decisions by providing clear, fair and accurate information.
